Delete Your Account in the App

The fastest way to delete your Vault account is directly in the app:

1. Open Vault and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap the settings icon, then scroll to Account.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This permanently removes your account and all associated collection data. The action cannot be undone.

Request Deletion by Email

If you can no longer access the app, you can request deletion by email. Send a message to privacy@vaultsneakers.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your personal and collection data, including:

1. Account details — your name, email, avatar, and profile settings.
2. Your collection — every sneaker, along with sizes, conditions, prices, and notes.
3. Your wishlist and any saved items.
4. Price alerts, notifications, and activity history.

What May Be Retained

Personal data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days of your request. We may retain a limited set of records where required by law — for example, transaction or tax records related to any purchases — for the minimum period the law requires, after which they are deleted. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google; to stop future charges, also cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
