We collect account details including your name, email, and avatar. Collection data includes your sneakers, prices, and condition notes. We also gather usage analytics to improve your experience, and device information for security purposes.
How We Use Your Data
Your data powers your personal vault and fuels smarter recommendations. We use it to send timely price alerts and notifications, and to display your public profile when you choose to enable it.
Data Sharing
We never sell your personal data. Sharing is limited to trusted cloud storage providers necessary to operate the service. Any analytics shared externally are fully aggregated and anonymized.
Your Rights
You can access, correct, or delete your account data at any time from Edit Profile. To request a full export of your data, visit Settings > Export Collection Data.
Data Security
Your vault is protected with end-to-end encrypted storage. We conduct regular security audits to maintain the highest standards, and two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to further secure your account.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days, except where required by law.
Cookies & Tracking
Vault uses minimal tracking to understand app performance and crash reporting. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You can opt out of analytics from Settings at any time.
Children's Privacy
Vault is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately.
